Division 4Transitional provisions—University of Ballarat Amendment (Federation University Australia) Act 2013
80 Superseded references
On and after 1 January 2014, in any Act (other than this Act) or in any subordinate instrument or in any other document of any kind, unless the context otherwise requires—
(a)
a reference to the University of Ballarat Act 2010 is taken to be a reference to the Federation University Australia Act 2010; and
(b)
a reference to the University of Ballarat is taken to be a reference to Federation University Australia—
so far as it relates to any period after that date.
