45 Transfer Order
The Minister must, before the succession day, by Order published in the Government Gazette—
(a)
allocate to Film Victoria such of the property, rights and liabilities of the Corporation as are specified in the Order; or
(b)
allocate to ACMI such of the property, rights and liabilities of the Corporation as are specified in the Order.
