Documentary or other evidence that would have been admissible for or against the interests of the Corporation if section 46 had not been enacted, is admissible for or against the interests of the new body specified in the relevant transfer Order.

The Evidence Act 2008 applies with respect to the books of account of the Corporation and to entries made in those books of account before the succession day, whether or not they relate to former Corporation property, as if those books of account and entries were business records.
S. 53(3) repealed by No. 69/2009 s. 54(Sch. Pt 1 item 23.2).
