Register of pre-paid funeral contracts

(1)

The Director may establish a register of pre-paid funeral contracts.

(2)

The purpose of the register of pre-paid funeral contracts is to enable information about the existence of a pre-paid funeral contract to be made available to affected persons.

(3)

The Director may keep the register of pre-paid funeral contracts in any form the Director thinks fit.
