16 Requirement to provide information to Director
A funeral provider must provide the Director, in accordance with the regulations, with the prescribed information relating to pre-paid funeral contracts.
- 60 penalty units.
For the purposes of subsection (1), the prescribed information may include all or any of the following—
information in relation to a prescribed class of pre-paid funeral contract;
information in relation to pre-paid funeral contracts that have been terminated or fulfilled;
information or reports in relation to pre-paid funeral contracts entered into—
with a particular person; or
before or after a particular date specified by the Director; or
during a specified period or periods.
