2 Commencement
(1)
Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act comes into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
(2)
Part 9 of this Act comes into operation on 1 July 2021.
(3)
If a provision of this Act other than Part 9 does not come into operation before 31 March 2021, it comes into operation on that day.
