30 Operation of subcommittees
Note
Regulation 30 of the Commonwealth Regulations states that regulations 24, 25, 26 and 28 of those Regulations apply to a subcommittee established under section 105(1) of the Commonwealth Act. It also provides for a quorum for meetings of a subcommittee, for records of its proceedings and for a copy of each of its resolutions to be given to the Gene Technology Technical Advisory Committee.
