33 Ethics and Community Committee—operation of subcommittees
Note
Regulation 33 of the Commonwealth Regulations provides that regulations 24, 25, 26 and 28 of the Commonwealth Regulations apply to a subcommittee established under section 111(1) of the Commonwealth Act. It also provides for a quorum for meetings of a subcommittee, for records of its proceedings and for a copy of each of its resolutions to be given to the Ethics and Community Committee.
