Non-application of Act

In force

This Act does not apply to—

(a)

small scale ground source heat pumps used at or in the vicinity of the source of the geothermal energy; and

(b)

other small scale extraction operations that are not for commercial purposes; and

(c)

activities and operations or classes of activity or operation that are prescribed by the regulations; and

(d)

land or any class of land that is exempted by the Minister under section 11.
