9 Application of this Act to land in Victoria
This Act applies to all land in Victoria, other than—
S. 9(a) amended by No. 10/2010 s. 800(Sch. 6 item 5).
(a)
land that is within the area defined as the offshore area in the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2010; and
(b)
land to the extent that it is exempted by the Minister under section 11.
