Application for permits

In force

(1)

In addition to complying with section 58, an applicant for an exploration permit must submit—

(a)

details of the applicant's relevant technical qualifications and of the relevant technical qualifications of the applicant's employees; and

(b)

details of the relevant technical advice available to the applicant; and

(c)

details of the financial resources available to the applicant; and

(d)

the work programs proposed by the applicant; and

(e)

any other information prescribed by the regulations.

(2)

An applicant must also submit any other information required in the invitation under section 18.
