24 Restrictions on permit area
In issuing an exploration permit to an applicant, the Minister must ensure—
(a)
that the area to which the permit applies—
(i)
is not more than the number of square kilometres prescribed by the regulations; and
(ii)
forms a continuous parcel of land; and
(b)
that no part of the area to which the permit applies is within an area that is already the subject of an exploration permit.
