14 Notification of change in application details
(1)
The Chief Commissioner must notify the Public Interest Monitor of a change to any of the details included in a notification under regulation 12 or 13.
(2)
A notification under subregulation (1) must be made—
(a)
as soon as practicable after the Chief Commissioner becomes aware of the change; and
(b)
in the case of regulation 12, by secure delivery.
