20 Confirmation of provision of documents and information
(1)
The Public Interest Monitor must give the Chief Commissioner a written receipt as soon as practicable after being given documents and information under regulation 15.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to information given orally to the Public Interest Monitor.
