16 Chief Commissioner must notify Public Interest Monitor of emergency registration of reportable human sources
A notification and any report under section 56 of the Act must—
(a)
be made by secure delivery; and
(b)
include the following details—
(i)
the unique identifying number;
(ii)
whether the application was made orally, in writing or by any other means of communication.
