Integrity Oversight Victoria may engage persons with suitable qualifications and experience as consultants.

Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), Integrity Oversight Victoria may appoint an Australian legal practitioner to assist Integrity Oversight Victoria as counsel, either generally or in reference to a particular matter.

An engagement under this section may be on any terms and conditions Integrity Oversight Victoria considers appropriate.
