2 The Authority has a right to occupy temporarily
The [name of Authority] has the right to occupy your land temporarily under section 75 of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986. The section permits the [name of Authority] (or anyone it authorizes) to occupy certain land for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the [name of special Act].
