7 What happens with a disputed claim
The disputed claim will go to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal or the Supreme Court to be determined if—
(a)
the [name of Authority] rejects your claim; or
(b)
the [name of Authority] does not reply to your claim within 3 months; or
(c)
you do not reply to the statement of reply accompanying this statement within the 2 month period (unless you have applied for and been granted an extension); or
(d)
you reject all or part of the offer.
