74I Offence to sterilise or destroy hives or beekeeping fittings infected with American foulbrood disease before notifying an inspector
A beekeeper must not sterilise or destroy a hive or beekeeping fittings before notifying an inspector that the hive is infected with American foulbrood disease under section 7(1) of the Act.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
