99 Offence to record, provide or forward false information

Without affecting the operation of section 137A of the Act, a person who is required to record, provide or forward information under this Division must not record, provide or forward incorrect information or information that is misleading in a material detail.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.

Without affecting the operation of section 137A of the Act, a person must not record, provide or forward information under this Division which the person knows is false or misleading in a material detail.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
