Construction of hives

Current

A beekeeper must ensure that a hive kept by the beekeeper—

(a)

is only accessible to bees from openings specifically designed and manufactured for the purpose of providing bee access; and

(b)

is otherwise constructed and maintained to have intact external surfaces.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
