The following moneys, namely-

In force

(a)

all moneys received by the trustees under any fire insurance;

(b)

all surplus moneys arising on a sale by the trustees under Clause 5 hereof;

(c)

all moneys received by the trustees on or from the sale mortgage or lease of the trust premises or any part thereof;

Sch. 1

(d)

all moneys received by the trustees from any mortgage of the trust premises or any part thereof;

(e)

any other moneys received by trustees from or in respect of the trust premises on which care in anywise subject to the trusts hereof-

shall be paid to the committee.
