Definitions

In force

In this Order—

officer of a corporation has the same meaning as in section 9 of the Corporations Act;

order means an order made by the Court—

(a)

for the payment of money with or without costs; or

(b)

for the payment of costs alone; or

(c)

for the delivery of goods; or

(d)

for the delivery of goods or the payment of their assessed value.
