66.11 Substituted performance
(1)
If an order that has been made against a person requires the person to do an act and the person does not do the act, the Court may—
(a)
direct that the act be done by a person appointed by the Court; and
(b)
order the person against whom the order has been made to pay any costs and expenses occasioned by the default.
(2)
Paragraph (1) does not affect the power of the Court to punish for contempt.
