66.07 Attendance of corporation
(1)
This Rule applies where—
(a)
the Court by subpoena or otherwise makes an order in any proceeding for the production by a corporation of any document or thing; and
(b)
after service of the order the corporation defaults in producing the document or thing in accordance with the order.
(2)
In the circumstances referred to in paragraph (1), the Court may—
(a)
make an order that the officer of the corporation produce the document or thing; and
(b)
order the corporation to pay any costs and expenses occasioned by the default.
