22 Public utilities—restoration

(1)

A person specified in subregulation (2) has a prescribed consent to restore a public utility on marine and coastal Crown land if the public utility has been affected by an emergency.

(2)

The following persons are specified—

(a)

a public utility provider responsible for the public utility;

(b)

a responder agency.

(3)

It is a prescribed condition of a consent referred to in subregulation (1) that the person who has a prescribed consent under subregulation (1) must give written notice to the Department of the completion of the restoration as soon as practicable after the restoration is completed.
