29 Traditional owner group agreement
An activity carried out under a traditional owner group agreement on marine and coastal Crown land is a prescribed consent if—
(a)
the activity is an agreed activity under that agreement; and
(b)
the activity is carried out in accordance with that agreement and on land to which that agreement applies.
