9A Suburban Rail Loop Authority is a planning authority
(1)
The Suburban Rail Loop Authority is a planning authority under this Act for any land to which a Suburban Rail Loop planning area declaration applies.
(2)
The Suburban Rail Loop Authority may prepare amendments to any provision of a planning scheme that applies to land to which a Suburban Rail Loop planning area declaration applies.
