19 Period of registration or endorsement
(1)
Registration and endorsement under this Part lasts for a period of up to 3 years as determined by the Business Licensing Authority.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not take away from any provision about the suspension or cancellation of registration or the endorsement of a registration.
