22 Surrender of registration or endorsement
(1)
A registered professional engineer may, with the consent of the Business Licensing Authority, surrender the engineer's registration.
(2)
An endorsed building engineer may, with the consent of the Business Licensing Authority and the Victorian Building Authority, surrender the endorsement on the engineer's registration.
