25 Return of certificates of registration
A person registered, or whose registration is endorsed, under this Part must return the certificate of registration to the Business Licensing Authority within 7 days of—
becoming aware of the suspension or cancellation of the registration; or
becoming aware of the suspension or cancellation of an endorsement of the registration; or
notifying the Business Licensing Authority that the person is surrendering an endorsement or registration; or
the occurrence of any other prescribed circumstances.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
