41 Application for adjustment or maintenance

(1)
A domestic partner or a caring partner may apply to a court for either or both of the following—

(a)
an order for the adjustment of interests with respect to the property of one or both of the domestic partners or caring partners;
(b)
an order for the granting of maintenance.
(2)
An application may be made whether or not any other application for any remedy or relief has been or may be made under this Act or any other Act or any other law.
