32 Power to seize seafood unfit for human consumption
If an authorised officer believes on reasonable grounds that there is, on any premises (that is not a person's dwelling) or in a vehicle, any seafood intended for sale for human consumption which is unfit for human consumption or is a risk to public health, the authorised officer may, alone or with any police officer—
(a)
enter the premises or vehicle; and
(b)
search for and seize and remove or destroy or otherwise dispose of that seafood.
