22B Disclosure of criminal record information for purposes under the Family Violence Protection Act 2008
A family violence information sharing entity may disclose, as part of the disclosure of the criminal record of a person or information contained in the criminal record of a person, a spent conviction or information relating to a spent conviction to any of the following for the purposes of Part 5A or 5B of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008—
another family violence information sharing entity;
the Central Information Point;
an authorised Hub entity;
if the family violence information sharing entity is authorised to disclose the information to a person under section 144M of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008, that person.
