22C Disclosure of criminal record information for purposes under the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005
A child wellbeing information sharing entity or a restricted information sharing entity may disclose, as part of the disclosure of the criminal record of a person or information contained in the criminal record of a person, a spent conviction or information relating to a spent conviction to any of the following—
a child wellbeing information sharing entity or a restricted information sharing entity for the purposes of Part 6A of the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005;
a Child Link user or the Secretary to the Department of Education for the purposes of Part 7A of the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005;
if the child wellbeing information sharing entity or restricted information sharing entity is authorised to disclose the information to a person under section 41Y(1) of the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005, that person.
