12 No publication of report of proceeding
A person must not publish—
a report of the whole or any part of a proceeding on an application for a warrant under this Part; or

any information derived from a proceeding referred to in paragraph (a)—

- In the case of a natural person, level 7 imprisonment (2 years maximum) or a level 7 fine (240 penalty units maximum) or both;
In the case of a body corporate, 1000 penalty units for a first offence and 20 000 penalty units for a subsequent offence.
