34ZB Regulator may permit amendments and disregard errors
In deciding whether to grant or refuse an application referred to in section 34W(1), the Regulator may—
(a)
permit the applicant to amend the application, or any information given to the Regulator in connection with the application; and
(b)
disregard any omission, error, defect or insufficiency in—
(i)
the application; or
(ii)
any information given to the Regulator in connection with the application.
