34ZE Several liability
(1)
If a licence is issued or transferred to 2 or more persons, each of those persons is severally liable under this Act as licensee.
(2)
If a licence is issued or transferred to a body corporate, the body corporate and each of the directors of the body corporate is severally liable under this Act as licensee.
(3)
If a licence is issued or transferred to a person on behalf of a partnership, each partner is severally liable under this Act as licensee.
