34ZD Licence conditions
On granting an application specified in subsection (2), the Regulator may impose on the licence—
general conditions that apply to the category of licence issued to or held by the licensee; and
specific conditions applying to the licence.
Subsection (1) applies to the following applications—
a licence application;
a transfer application;
a relocation application;
a variation application.
Without limiting subsection (1), the Regulator may impose a condition requiring the licensee to report to the Regulator any activity conducted under the licence.
A licence is also subject to any conditions prescribed by the regulations.
