162 Reports to Minister or Treasurer
(1)
The Minister or the Treasurer may, in writing, require the board of directors of a Transport Corporation to give the Minister or the Treasurer any information that the Minister or the Treasurer requires.

This section applies to V/Line Corporation as if a reference to the board of directors of the Transport Corporation in the section were a reference to V/Line Corporation.
