163 Directions
(1)
A Transport Corporation must exercise its powers and discharge its duties subject to—
(a)
the general direction and control of the Minister; and
(b)
any specific directions given by the Minister with the approval of the Treasurer.
(2)
Any specific directions given under subsection (1)(b) may be published in the Government Gazette.
