33 Terms and conditions of appointment
A delegate—
holds office for the period, not exceeding 12 months, specified in the instrument of appointment; and
is eligible for reappointment; and
is entitled to be reimbursed reasonable expenses incurred in holding office as a delegate.
The instrument of appointment of a delegate—
must be published in the Government Gazette; and
must specify the terms and conditions of the appointment; and
may specify any remuneration to which the delegate is entitled.
The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies to a delegate in respect of the office of a delegate.
