35 Functions of a delegate
A delegate has the following functions—
(a)
to attend meetings of the Board to observe its decision-making processes;
(b)
to provide advice to the Board to assist the Board in understanding its obligations under this Act;
(c)
to advise the Minister and the Justice Secretary on any matter relating to the Board or Triple Zero Victoria.
