Administrator to report to Director

In force

(1)

The Director may require the administrator of a patriotic fund—

(a)

to report to the Director on any matter concerning the administration of the patriotic fund;

(b)

to make recommendations in relation to the patriotic fund including, if appropriate, that the Director apply for an order under section 49(2), other than under paragraph (f).

(2)

The administrator must comply with a requirement under subsection (1) within the time, and in the manner, specified by the Director.
