Obligations of the administrator on completion of winding up

In force

On completing the winding up of a patriotic fund, the administrator of the patriotic fund must—

(a)

report that fact to the Director;

(b)

give the Director the final financial statements relating to the winding up;

(c)

give to the Director all of the records relating to the administration of the patriotic fund and all of the records of the patriotic fund still in his or her possession after the winding up.
