40 Property, rights and liabilities allocated in accordance with statement
On the relevant date—
(a)
all property and rights of the Crown, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement, vest in the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority in accordance with the statement; and
(b)
all liabilities of the Crown, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement, become liabilities of the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority in accordance with the statement.
