Tribunal may undertake reviews and publish reports

(1)

The Tribunal may on its own motion undertake reviews and publish reports about any matter relating to remuneration and allowances of any specified occupational group.

(2)

The Tribunal may on its own motion undertake reviews and publish reports about any matter relating to—

(a)

allowances payable to Mayors, deputy Mayors and Councillors; and

(b)

Council allowance categories.
