45 Minister to conduct review
The Minister must—
(a)
cause a review to be made of the first 10 years of operation of this Act from the date on which this section comes into operation; and
(b)
cause a copy of a report of the review to be laid before each House of Parliament on or before the end of the period of 12 months after the day on which the review is completed.
