43 Taking advantage of information
(1)
This section applies to a person to whom information is given by a Tribunal member, Tribunal officer or Compliance Officer during the course of the performance of the Tribunal's or Compliance Officer's functions.
(2)
The person to whom the information is given must not take advantage of the information to benefit the person or any other person.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not apply if the information is in the public domain at the time the person takes advantage of the information, otherwise than as a result of a disclosure that the person knows or ought to have known was unlawful.
