5 Independence of the Tribunal and Tribunal members
(1)
The Tribunal must act independently and impartially in performing its functions and exercising its powers.
(2)
The Tribunal and Tribunal members are not in the performance of their functions and the exercise of their powers when making a Determination subject to the direction or control of any person, including any Minister.
